Factory 1 located in Huizhou
was incorporated since 2003. Total investment about
USD29.8 million. The area of factory is 30,000M square.
Factory 2 located in Songgang was incorporated since
2004. Total investment about USD15.0 million. The area
of factory is 10,800M square.
These two factories are mainly
engaged in manufacturing FPC & FPC + Assembly, equipped
with facilities imported from the U.S.A., Europe, Japan,
Taiwan and Hong Kong.
The annual production capacity of FPCB are totally 250,000M
square and 800,000M square respectively.
The Company is equipped with
all the machines and testing equipment for circuit board
production, together with relevant engineering, technical
and testing personnel.
FPCB Technical Specification:
The board’s minimum thickness is 0.07mm, the minimum
circuit width/circuit gap 0.075mm, the minimum aperture
0.25mm.
